Optimization and Experiment of Hot Air Drying Process of Cyperus esculentus Seeds

To improve the drying efficiency, uniformity and germination rate after hot air of Cyperus esculentus seeds, this paper proposed a method that combines tempering drying. The curve was obtained by experiment. influence on quality seeds trend with process parameters (the temperature, moisture content at beginning duration) were analyzed single-factor experiments. regression models established star point design response surface methodology, relationships between seed production indexes analyzed. results showed optimal combination temperature 24 °C, 23%, duration 3 h. Under combination, increased uniformity, efficiency 21.122%, 4.205% 22.832%, respectively. error verification test value software optimization parameter acceptable. study optimized significantly improved production, could provide theoretical basis for practices.
